The Nightly – Thursday

Go Windows Go Nightly March 1

Sorry for missing yesterday’s Nightly, I was sick with the old common cold. But, whatever doesn’t kill you can only make you stronger right? Moving on. Tonight’s Nightly has got some great stories for you to catch up on from around the web. Also, don’t forget to submit unique stories to the Nightly by contacting us on Twitter (you should be following us anyways) or using our contact page. Read on faithful readers.

-Microsoft Preparing for Tango: The mother ship up in Redmond is getting a head start on notifying developers about Tango, the next OS update due out in a few months. The WPCentral Team received an email that they’re app does not run well on devices with just 256MB of memory. You’ll remember that Tango is lowering the system requirements of Windows Phone. It’s great to see Microsoft taking the initiative and notifying developers before hand about performance issues with their apps. Read more over at WPCentral here.

-Nokia Lumia 900 poses for the FCC: The upcoming Nokia Lumia 900 recently got the tear down treatment over at the FCC for it’s upcoming date with North American customers courtesy of AT&T. Beauty may be only skin deep, but the Lumia 900 is a beautiful device with some awesome hardware and software. Check out the pics over here courtesy of Engadget.

-Toy Soldiers out on Windows Phone: A new Xbox Live enabled game called Toy Soldiers: Boot Camp came out yesterday on my sick day. Grab it right here.

I’ll start beefing up these the Nightly, but I need your help!
